CANCELLATIONS AND REDUNDS

1.1 Flight Bookings

1.1.1 Cancellation Charges: Every booking made on UdneDo.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary based on the flight and booking class.

1.1.2 Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy. It is the responsibility of the user to review the refund policy of the airline before making a booking.

1.1.3 Partial Cancellations: Some bookings cannot be partially cancelled as per the specific airline's policy. The user should refer to the terms and conditions of the airline for details.

1.1.4 Cancellation Process: Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to UdneDo at contact@udnedo.com. The user should provide the necessary booking details and cancellation request for further processing.

1.1.5 Amendments: UdneDo assists users in making various amendments to their flight bookings. However, in some cases, users may need to contact the airline directly for certain changes. The user should follow the instructions provided by UdneDo or refer to the airline's policy for more information.

1.1.6 Amendment Charges: Amendment charges on UdneDo.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline. These charges may vary based on flight timings and booking class. Users should carefully review the applicable charges before making any amendments.

1.1.7 24-Hour Cancellation: To cancel tickets within 24 hours of the journey, UdneDo recommends that the customer directly contacts the airlines. After contacting the airlines, the customer should send the cancellation request to UdneDo via email for refunds.

1.1.8 No Show and Refunds: After flight departure and in the case of a No Show, UdneDo does not entertain any cancellation requests. The refund amount in the case of a No Show is entirely dependent on the airlines' policy. UdneDo will refund the same amount received from the airlines in such cases.

1.1.9 Fee for Cancellations and Schedule Changes: The user agrees to pay the fee charged by UdneDo upon any type of cancellations made post-booking, irrespective of the refund amount or changes of schedule. Any refund to the user shall be processed after deducting an equivalent amount as the fee.

1.2 Hotel Bookings

1.2.2 Hotel Amendments: UdneDo assists users in making various amendments to their hotel bookings. In some cases, users may need to contact the hotel directly for certain changes. The user should follow the instructions provided by UdneDo or refer to the hotel's policy for more information.

1.2.3 Cancellation Process: Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to UdneDo at contact@udnedo.com. The user should provide the necessary booking details and cancellation request for further processing.

1.2.4 24-Hour Cancellation: To cancel a hotel booking within 24 hours of the journey, UdneDo recommends that the customer directly contacts the hotel. After contacting the hotel, the customer should send the cancellation request on UdneDo's website for refunds.

1.2.5 Refund Process: UdneDo will process the refund for air tickets and hotel bookings only after receiving the cancellation request/claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate company through email. Refunds will be credited directly to the customer's mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the airlines or hotels, respectively.

1.2.6 Hotel Cancellation Service Charges: The user agrees to pay the fee charged by UdneDo upon any type of cancellations made post-booking, irrespective of the refund amount or changes of schedule. Any refund to the user shall be processed after deducting an equivalent amount as the fee.

REFUND PROCESSING AND TIMELINES

2.1 Flight Refunds: Refunds against the cancellation of air tickets will be processed by UdneDo after receiving the refund amount from the airlines. The refund will be credited directly to the customer's mode of payment. UdneDo is not responsible for the timeline of the refund process, as it depends on the airlines' procedures. Users are advised to contact the airlines directly for any queries regarding the refund amount and timeline.

2.2 Hotel Refunds: Refunds against the cancellation of hotel bookings will be processed by UdneDo after receiving the refund amount from the hotels. The refund will be credited directly to the customer's mode of payment. UdneDo is not responsible for the timeline of the refund process, as it depends on the hotel's procedures. Users are advised to contact the hotel directly for any queries regarding the refund amount and timeline.

2.3 Processing Time: Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed by UdneDo within 3 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any payments to be refunded after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account used for the original purchase. The credited amount will be displayed within 7 working days. However, it may take up to an additional 7 working days for some payment cards and accounts to display the credited amount.
